Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By accessing AtoZCoder, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the AtoZCoder website (www.atozcoder.com) or engaging with any of our services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and fully capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
These Terms govern all services provided by AtoZCoder, including but not limited to web application development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, SaaS development, API integration, AI solutions, cloud services, and any other digital services offered by the Company.
These Terms shall be read in conjunction with any separate Statement of Work (SOW), Service Agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), or Project Contract executed between AtoZCoder and the Client. In the event of any conflict, the specific project agreement shall take precedence over these general Terms.
Upon full and final payment of all agreed fees, the Client shall receive full ownership and unrestricted rights to all custom deliverables developed exclusively for the Client under the applicable project agreement.
The AtoZCoder website, brand identity, logo, trademark, proprietary frameworks, boilerplate code, internal tools, development methodologies, and all pre-existing intellectual property remain the exclusive property of AtoZCoder. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any ownership rights to such proprietary assets.
Custom code, designs, databases, and application logic developed specifically and exclusively for a Client project shall become the property of the Client upon receipt of full payment. AtoZCoder retains no ongoing rights to exploit, sublicense, or distribute such deliverables without express written consent from the Client.
Projects may incorporate open-source libraries, licensed frameworks, third-party APIs, stock assets, or commercial software development kits. The Client acknowledges that such components are governed by their respective licenses and that AtoZCoder cannot transfer rights beyond those granted by the original license holders.
Unless explicitly prohibited in a signed NDA or project agreement, AtoZCoder reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials. Identifying information may be included unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing prior to project commencement.
All fees, payment schedules, milestone structures, and currency specifications shall be explicitly defined in the project agreement or Statement of Work executed between AtoZCoder and the Client prior to commencement of services

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles
Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided by AtoZCoder shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. Both parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.
Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days from the date written notice of the dispute is provided to the other party
For Clients based outside Pakistan, these Terms shall still be governed by Pakistani law. However, AtoZCoder acknowledges its obligation to comply with applicable data protection laws in the Client s jurisdiction, including but not limited to the GDPR for European clients and applicable US state privacy laws where relevant.
By using AtoZCoder s website or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, understand them fully, and agree to be legally bound by all provisions herein. These Terms constitute the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and AtoZCoder with respect to its subject matter
