Our client a mid-sized manufacturing enterprise with 300+ employees across three cities was managing their entire HR operations through a patchwork of Excel sheets, WhatsApp groups, and a decade-old legacy software that couldn't integrate with anything.
Payroll took 3 full days every month. Leave applications were lost in email threads. Performance reviews had no data behind them. Recruitment was tracked in a shared spreadsheet that three people were editing simultaneously.
