Manual management is slow and prone to scheduling errors. The goal of this project was to automate these processes with a real-time dashboard, simplifying teacher and student tracking through a centralized, data-driven interface.
Problem and
Goals
The goal is to replace manual paperwork with an automated dashboard that organizes teacher-student data and simplifies class scheduling through a real-time, easy-to-use interface.
Manual scheduling leads to overlapping time slots and double-booking. Without real-time tracking, it is difficult to identify active sessions, causing administrative confusion and wasted time.
The project was completed over 8 weeks, moving from initial research and UI/UX wireframing to full-stack development. This included 2 weeks for dashboard architecture and a final week for rigorous testing and data optimization.
Nunito is a modern and clean sans-serif font used in the software interface to ensure better readability and a friendly user experience.
This user flow maps out the seamless journey of an Admin.
This section maintains detailed profiles of all faculty members, including their contact info and credentials. Its primary role is to link teachers to their specific batches and track their live lecture status. It ensures that every instructor's workload and monthly performance are organized and visible to the administrator at a glance."
