It allows administrators to manage bookings, customers, available rooms, financial records, and reports from one centralized platform. The interface focuses on clarity, efficient data visualization, and easy navigation to help property managers monitor operations and make better decisions.

Our project is a Properties Rental Management System designed to streamline property rental operations. It allows administrators to manage bookings, customers, room availability, and financial records through a structured and user-friendly dashboard.

Implemented a Real-time Availability Dashboard that instantly displays Total, Assigned, and Empty seats, ensuring 100% accuracy in occupancy tracking.

Lack of visibility into daily financial health makes it difficult to manage operational costs and daily cash flow.

Integrated a Daily Finance Monitor that tracks real-time expenses, bookings, and salaries, providing owners with an immediate snapshot of "Today's" financial performance.
